Your first video starts here.

Install on your Windows PC

Viral Vision is for Windows 10 or 11. Sign in on the account page for your download. The installer is coming; that page will show it when it's ready.

When available, download the installer from your account, open it and follow setup. The app checks your PC before you start. Premiere Pro is optional: you can use the finished MP4 without it.

Sign in with your purchase email

Enter the email you used at checkout and use the six-digit code sent to your inbox. Check spam if it doesn't arrive. Use the newest code and request another if it has expired.

Browser sign-in doesn't take a PC slot. View your connected PCs on your account page and remove one when you need to free a slot. If your purchase email is wrong or your account isn't showing access, contact us.

Connect your own AI accounts

Viral Vision uses your Anthropic / OpenAI / ElevenLabs account. Add your own API keys in the app's setup: Anthropic or OpenAI for writing and research, and ElevenLabs for narration. A chat subscription may not include API access; check your provider account.

Keep your keys private. Don't paste them into support emails, screenshots or the website. You control your provider accounts and their usage limits.

Make your first video

1. Finish setup and sign in inside the app.
2. Type a title and choose a template.
3. Choose Fast for the full process, or Detailed to review each step.
4. Review the facts, clips, voice and finished video before publishing.
5. Use the MP4, or open the editable project in Premiere Pro.

Your account page shows videos used in the current period. Videos can be up to 30 minutes long.

Footage and copyright

Finding or downloading a clip doesn't give you permission to publish it. Use material you own, have permission to use, or can use under an applicable licence or legal exception. Check the source's terms and any attribution requirements.

Review music, footage, images and cloned voices separately. Credit alone doesn't grant permission. Fair use depends on the circumstances and isn't guaranteed by a clip's length or by adding commentary. If you're unsure, replace the material or seek qualified advice before publishing. Billing, cancellation and refunds

Use Manage billing on your account page to manage your subscription. Purchases are sold through Link. Refund requests go through Link under its policy and our Refund policy, as described in the Terms. Contact us if you need help finding your order.
